Im Making A flash and its gonna be called Meaningless Death Match, and this is going to be a series I am almost Finished but I cant go on the computer for 72 hours because my neck has got real stiff for sleeping on it wrong and being on the computer 24/7, and Im in bed writing this post on my sisters labtop computer. So Meaningless Death Match (MDM) is my own created series. I need help on the pre-loader I don't know how to do it, so I hope YOU can help me out.

otherwise go to the "Downloads" section of newgrounds and save one from there :P

Newgrounds has official ones in the downloads area if you like those. But if you want to make your own it shouldn't be too difficult for someone to help you there or to find a tutorial online.
